EDIT: FIXED, realized i wasn't putting the phone in PC Suite mode

So i tried to update my E71 and noticed it is still on version 100 and the suite says it is the newest version. I know people are on version 501. The problem seems to be I have a Rogers version.

I tried downloading NSS, but when i click on "Scan for New Device" the phone does not show up...

Can anyone help me with this? I am experiencing the constant restarts and want the latest firmware to fix this issue.
