So I bought an iphone 4 today off CL. Everything was working fine until I upgraded to 5.1.1. Now I have no wifi. Totally grayed out, cannot connect to anything. I am using straight talk and need to change my apn settings. I have no data, cellular or wifi at the moment.
I am not trying to fix my wifi as I have read its most likely a hardware issue, I only want to change the apn setting so I can have cellular data. Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

I was thinking maybe I can SSH into the phone and manually paste in the settings, but I need wifi on the phone for cyberduck to connect. I was going to use iexplorer, but I need to have some cydia tweaks installed on the phone. I can jailbreak the phone, but I dont know how to install any cydia tweaks without data of some kind.

I have another iphone with the proper apn settings, and tried to restore using the proper apn phone as a backup, but the apn settings didnt transfer.

Everything else on this phone seems to be working as it should. I can make and receive calls and text messages.

I am using a mac if that helps. I have tiny umbrella, cyberduck, iexplorer, and absynthe installed.
