Anyone else have trouble with My T-Mobile online account?
I recently switched to T-Mobile and ported my number. After I ported my number, I signed up for the online My T-Mobile account so I can check usage and pay bills and stuff. For some reason, whenever I try to log in, it tells me the password is wrong, even though it isn't. I request a temporary password to reset it (which takes about an hour before I get the temp password in a text), and then reset my password. It works right after the reset, but then when I try to log in with the new password, it still tells me it's incorrect.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with installing the beta T-Mobile MyAccount app, which was already installed on my phone. I read one review where the person said they were having the same problem. I uninstalled the app, but I still can't log in (I haven't tried to reset my password since uninstalling). However, the app itself allowed me to access my account fine.
Is anyone else having this problem? Just wanted to check before I call them.
