    It is very easy to reach Boost Mobile Customer Care.

    How to reach a live person:
    Just follow these simple steps:

    Call Phone: 1-888-266-7848
    Wait for the message to go to English

    Press 5
    Press 2
    Press 4

    Next step is Important:
    Wait through all of the menu options, and then a few seconds longer until prompted to talk to a rep

    Press 0
    Press 2


    Hours of Operation:
    4am PST – 11pm PST
    7 days a week

    Haha I hate Boost's customer service they suck at reaching them even trying methods like these lol

    what happened? did it not work? or did you get a bad agent?

    I've called them in the past with mixed results. Mostly not willing to help with the Sprint devices, not a problem just not helpful.

    As someone who works for a company that sells Boost without a dealer code to access the dealer line, navigating the automatic prompts can be irritating, to say the least. I use this method every time, and it works every time.
