Email clients disappeared, try to re-add and get an error
I have 3 hotmail accounts in my mail at metro. Last night, ALL of my email clients disappeared for no reason. I woke up this morning and they were gone. I was able to successfully re-add 2 of the accounts, the third gives the error, "This account is already provisioned"
Well, the account is nowhere in the damn phone. I have no clue why my accounts disappeared but I would like some help on getting that third one back. I tried Metro's help section to see if I could get in manually to delete and re-add, but that was of no help.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am trying to avoid a trip to the metro store if possible. Thanks for any help/advice on this.
