I recently upgraded Protect to 1.1.1.73 and since then it's been stuck on "Verifying BlackBerry ID" under Status. I've checked numerous occassions and I'm signed in properly but it's not budging! After I ran the update to App World yesterday (3.1.4.25) Protect showed "Initialising" for a few seconds and then reverted back to the original message.

Any pointers?

Just found the problem. Apparently the latest version of BB Protect needs an additional update for BB ID, I'm assuming this didn't happen for some reason. Everything's working fine now.
