A guy I used to work with now has a store and said this month has been off to a slow start. June wasn't too bad for him though. Hopefully it picks up for everyone.

It has been dead in most of our locations, a few are ok but not a promising month so far. How is everyone else looking?

Sales doubled in May, then another 50% increase so far in July but I got out of wireless a long time ago.Sorry man.
Forgot to mention, his iPhone activations dropped but that could be due to everyone anticipating the new one later this year.
In my opinion its a few things. Anticipation of the new iphone and s3, lack of upgrades on accounts, new plans, and unlimited web getting pulled.
I do have a friend that has had an average month so it is not going to be the same for everyone. The majority who I've talked to though told me July has been ugly.
Been ugly for me so far also.
Fair so far, but it hurts watching people give you "the wtf look" when they find out that their unlimited is history. And then pivot briskly to walk out the door. You can almost see them plotting their next move.....
At least the iPhone people are not so put off by all this, they will pay what it costs to get their Apple fix.
Picked up for us the past week, but YOY sucks!!!! Verizon has accomplished slowing the upgrade train down and killing us in the process! I hear corp stores are down 50% in some areas.
Can't really complain. New activations have really been decent over the past week. We could reach quota for a second month in a row which would be awesome. Upgrades are a bit slower but can't complain about new commission and being able to match online pricing and still make more than iPhones on most Droids. I'll take it.
With the new payout structure, do you really make more for an upgrade when someone buys the Iphone then you made with the old plans?
We are way down in my store. almost 50% behind. The adoption to the new plans hasn't been too rough yet thanks to the account analysis feature of eroes showing ppl how little data they are actually using.
