Chargeback charge on my bill?

On my bill this month I have a $2.50 charge labeled as

Disc chargeback for Value Family UNL Talk & Text

Does any one know what this could be related to? CS is offering a refund but no explanation for the charge.

I am really getting pissed off at TMo for incorrect billing. Every month in 2012 or longer I have had a billing issue whether its double charging for features or not giving applying a promotional discount and now seemingly phantom charges. On top of this their CS seems to have gone downhill with poor line connections, people who do not speak English very clearly, and chat agents that are even worse.

I had a rep come to me about the charge. I had no clue either because the notes regarding the charge don't give any detail. I told the rep to just adjust the charge.
