As promised by Samsung, delivered today the 13th.
The update was waiting for me in the morning. Ran it while driving to work. It took about 10 mins to complete.
Note runs smooth. Everything seems to run as expected. Zero issues. Even faster than before, not that it was slow to start, but I feel it. Battery seems a bit better too with my typical usage but not enough time has passed to make a statement about it.
Do your update. Enjoy.

Upgrade went smooth. Hopefully battery life will improve. The only thing that I miss is the apps/widgets screen and how you put them on your pages like my SIII. I was hoping to get that with the upgrade but no show. hmmm
