Will an unlocked Rogers/Bell Canada smartphone be recognized in Att's imei database as a smartphone ?
it would be the same model phone, just locked to rogers vs att from the factory i guess ...
I was wondering if its possible to just buy the phone in canada and use the non-smartphone unlimited data plan on att...
