Getting phone info with Ice Cream Sandwich question.

I just switched from the iPhone 4 to the Samsung Galaxy S3. One of the functions I liked about iOS 5 was that when I received a call and I couldn't answer, the caller ID info would show up automatically in notification on the display and would say if the caller left a message. With Ice Cream Sandwich when I receive a call and don't answer, it just shows that I have a missed call on the display but I have to manually go into notifications to see who called.

So my question...is there an App that would do for the Galaxy S3 what I had with the iPhone?

I don't believe there's any app to change that feature of ICS...What you could try is downloading a free altered OS app. That might work. If not, real sorry.
