Nah. Because as son as you say something negative about apple all the lemmings come out in droves. I will keep it off the apple side of this site. But I only commented on the new iPhone 5 being the same as the iPhone 4 and 4s as apple has lost all innovation since Steve died. I used to be all apple all the time too. But with their great new business model of stunting and stifleing the competition and pillaging all cool features off the other platforms as well, I shall be much happier using platforms that are innovating.

If you don't like reading negative things about apple, stay on Mac forums.

iPad innovative, right rectangular tablets have been around for years but Apple looks it up hey, hey nobody bothered to patent lets make it our idea !!!!

Yeah. i was set against using other platforms until this last year when apple starting crying like little babies. then i saw how silly the lemmings are as well waiting outside the apple store for weeks before a release of a New product. just shows who use apple doesnt it. People who either are trust fund kids or unemployed people ha ha. i know i would not be able to leave my work and go sit outside a store for days to wait for a product release, nor would i want to. talk about no life. i got two kids and a smoking hot wife id rather be with than at the apple store

apple have never had any innovation. they specialise in stealing other companies ideas, disguising it, adding polish, announcing their new 'innovation' to the world, and then marketing it to death to make the gullible and the technologically-challenged actually believe it (which, incidentally, isn't that difficult).
then they sue other companies for using the ideas that they themselves shamelessly stole.


the reason why apple are suing people left right and centre is a) they can't innovate unless they buy a company that does the innovating for them, and 2) they can't compete on merit and they know that only too well.
if anyone has noticed, all their 'patents' are either prior art, insignificant, or sweeping and vague 'patents' that are worded in such a way as to apply to virtually anything and everything(have a look at some of their 'patents' here), and they are using these in the courts. how on earth they get away with it is absolutely unbelievable.

Agreed, the patent system needs to be revamped or tossed out.

Apple does not even offer a license fee on these vague Patents...... Apple says sorry Samsung, Motorola, HTC....... stole this they can not sell their devices ever !!!!!!

Yet when Motorola tried to play Apples game the courts said sorry you can ask Apple for a licensee fee but you can not stop them from selling.

Sorry Apple if you got your way ...... I will never buy an iPhone.

At this point the iPhone 5 can have a 5 inch retina display, 48 hours battery life with the display at 100% and streaming LTE video, 256Gig of memory, a 2Gig Quad core processor ....... sell it for $200 and I still would avoid Apple.

Apple is the scum of earth, they hinder innovation by ways of "law", I laugh when ppl come to me saying how good they are, I laugh at americans posting on forums where they complain about jobs and the economy and u read the lttl signature "posted from miPad/Phone", they make nothing for the US economy, they help nothing to mankind but "modern slavery" and they just want to hold the evolution of technology, yup I really don't like them, at all.
