Is it possible to get the Mobile Broadband SIM card and use that in a cell phone?

I'd love to use data only on my phone and tie everything into Skype instead of having to pay for texting and minutes which just isn't needed anymore.

Why not get the walmart plan for $30 and have five gigs of data versus what you would get for that same price on or off contract with any provider data only wise. And also get 100 mins and unlimited text
