    Galaxy s3 rebates

    I cannot find the rebate form for the galaxy s3 any help?

    I'm sure you can write the phone name and model # in on the line that is provided. That is what us Electrify users had to do when it first came out and there wasn't a box to check. My rebate came back just fine.
