    i understand that virgin now supports the iphone...

    is there some way for me to buy a used iphone and convert it for use on virgin mobile? if so who would do that for me? thank you.

    At the moment there is no legal way to do this. Virgin doesn't except foreign ESNs onto their network making it impossible to legally bring an iphone from another carrier to their network, including one from the Sprint network. The only option you have currently is to buy one of their branded iphones.
