    Weird Telus billing issues

    Hey there folks, been a long time since I posted here. My issue is a funny one and I was curious to find out if anyone has experienced this and found a resolution. Last bill I got for my tablet nearly floored me. I'm on the tablet flex plan and I didn't use it much last month but I got a massive bill for US roaming. I haven't even been close to the US in over a year, in fact I live in Fort McMurray, so it would be impossible to even accidentally grab an American tower that far north. I called in and they fixed my bill, apologized - I was happy. Then today, the first time I've used my tablet in the new billing cycle, I got a message saying I had used over $50 in data after a half hour of light web browsing. I called in again and again he said it was US roaming. He made a note and told me to call in when I get the bill so they can fix it. Obviously I'm not being charged at the end of the day but it is an annoyance to have to call in every bill just to get a correct amount. What could be causing this? They logged a ticket but clearly that has not fixed anything. I'm a fairly tech saavy person but this one is over my head. Thoughts?

    Try to change simcard ... Telus can credit the simcard too
