Adding air time to my LG800g problem

I bought a 60 min card but the pin has numbers and letters. Tracfone LG800g will only allow numbers to be added, no letters.
The 800 number on the card when called just directs me to do it on the Internet which wasn't a option at the time.
So now what?

By the way, I have never heard of a pin number with letters in it. Where did you get it? How did Exec Res handle it? Did they tell you how to handle it if you get another pin that also has letters in it?
