Phone lock then answer and phone unlocked

I have the pin set on my phone.

When someone calls I can answer phone without pin.

I want to have it so that if someone calls that I need to unlock phone.

Any ideas? is it possible?

I have a Droid Bionic and a Droid Revolution.
