I just bought a Curve 9300, and a sim card and transferred my service over. BBM, text services and phone services are all working but data is not. None of my apps - facebook, twitter, shazam, youtube.. My browser isn't working either.
They all say that my data plan isn't compatible, or doesn't exist. I've tried reloading OS, tried connecting to the network, registering the host routing table, APN is checked off, TELUS says it's not my plan that's interfering. Anyone know how I can fix this?
I managed to get emails to come through.
Any suggestions would be appreciated! (Also, sorry if this is in the wrong spot!)

It sounds like you have a data-lite plan (email/bbm only for example) of some sort, not a full-on data plan. What's the plan called? Have you tried re-sending service books?

Resent the service books few times. I've been on the phone with Telus for days and they can't figure out what it is. I'll call again and try and get them to check my plan again, but they swear I'm on the right one. This plan worked fine for my last blackberry.
My other blackberry got wet and wasn't under warrenty, new blackberry I bought needed a SIM card. My plan is called Promo Voice and Data 65+. Comes with Flex Data, Blackberry APN access, MHSI APN access, Pocket Web Surf Business.
I don't really know what those mean, but I know that they're all data related!
