Is this a good deal? I haven't' researched plans in so long it's hard to tell if that's a deal or not.

The lack of caller ID and voicemail is annoying, that's for sure.

Depends on your needs. It isn't horrible but there are certainly alternatives that offer much better value out there. If you need a lot of minutes or any long distance or VM or CID, it probably isn't the best plan to look at. If you are a high data user that has few other needs, it might be worth considering.

Yeah, the data is attractive. I have the 6G $30 plan already (I'm with Fido) but I do a fair bit of calling out of province to a small set of #s, so the My10 seems useful. The idea of going back on contract is kind of frown-inducing, though.

Call fido and see if they can toss you some cheap/free ld. You can get 100 minutes for $5 (maybe free) or unlimited Canadian LD for $10 (retail). Worth seeing if they can credit the add-on too, but that might be difficult these days. Let them know you are looking at alternative carriers (but maybe not that it is Rogers) because you need LD and see what they'll do for you.

This plan isn't half bad if they are willing to include caller id and vm. Why they would omit such basic requirements in the first place from a "super" plan is obviously just to extort more money out of you..

Then don't pay it.. For some its a good plan.. It would be fine for me since I need my 10 and i don't use daytime mins that much and 6 gb is good

Depends on what you are comparing it to I guess. What's your current plan like?

Geeze MobileSyrup, at least they can do is include the plan code so agents can look it up in Library.

This is not a bad plan if you don't already have 6GB for $30 LTE compatible. Given this Super Plan is $60, that means the other $30 covers 200 minutes, unlimited nights/weekends beginning at 6 PM, unlimited messaging, and MY10.

Most Rogers plans don't include CID and VM so this plan is no different.

The Super plan is worth it if you have a need for it.

I called in to get the plan, asked if I would keep my $10 credit and they said yes so I made the switch from having Unlimited Local Calling, my10 should be enough for me.
