Tripper11: that will depend on the phones sold, number of splits, and whether the sale was a new activation or upgrade (and the type of upgrade). In the case that day, I made less because of these variables. I really shouldn't go into the details in a public forum because of confidentiality issues.
Csrep: Those three were walkins but my intention is to move to mainly referral and appointment business. In my first month, I had two appointment sales and almost 20 in my pipeline. As for quotas, I still don't understand the system well enough to comment.
