    Purchasing A Samsung galaxy s3

I have a question for anyone who has successfully purchased a Samsung galaxy s3 from mobilicity. I have been to many different dealers and stores and gotten all different answers.is it true you cannot return the Samsung s3 if you change your mind?this is what I was told at one of the dealers.in addition to buy and activate the months keep changing from 1-2.also what is the process if you already have a mobilicity number can you just go in and buy the phone.i would not want to activate if I already have a number.mobilicity handling of this has given me a very shady view of them.

If I were you I would try and make your way to the corporate store in your city. One of the only stores I like to deal with as your guaranteed good service and they always have stock of everything.

Wind won't sell you one without contract. Just go to corp stores, dealers make up **** all the time. You can return the phone 14 days from purchase

Note that if you're in metro Toronto, there's no corporate store.
    Closest one is in Mississauga.

If you want it at the listed price of $599 you must go to a corporate store to get it, the only one in the GTA that I know of is in Square One. Otherwise for existing customers the price is $650 if you purchase the phone at a dealer (not a corp store), although its not advertised as such, the $599 price is for new activations.

What will a new activation set you back ? Paying up front 1-2 months, depending on the dealer.
If you have no corporate store nearby and you can wait, email insider@mobilicity.ca for help, I emailed them my dissatisfaction about the situation (charging current customers more than new activations) and their reply back was they could have me pick up the phone for the $599 price at a location convenient to me.

You can return the phone, within 14 days but it must be in new condition with the receipt.
You can also get a refund on the service if you cancel within 7 days and didn't use it much (less than 30 minutes talk talk, 1mb data and some other details that are listed on the receipt)

TL;DR Go to a corp store in your area to get the phone for $600, if you don't have a corp store in your area, email insider@mobilicity.ca
