    A little step in the right direction but I doubt will benefit many.

    Looks to me more like a gimmick to try to attract some "light" customers who otherwise wouldn't fall for their evil data-package-only-with-monthly-plans scheme. The $25/mo plan must be the one with less subscribers of all four.
