Can you go month to month on this plan and then wait for the iPhone to come out and sign a three year with the same plan? Or would you have to take an in market plan then...

You would have to switch to an in market 36 month plan. Also you must wait 90 days after activating a month to month plan to upgrade.

Thanks. Hmm, Save $3 a month but lose the ability to switch voice and data plan independent of each other, probably not worth it.

You'll also gain 10 hours of Mobile TV / month; something else to consider!

On a new activation, you'd have to take the hardware at the same time as signing the 3 year.

You could take the 30 day plan; and change your mind and opt for a contract / hardware within 14 days (original point of purchase can do this)
