    Credit card system still down

    i still cant use my credit card to top-up or use it for automatic monthly withdrawals. it been around 2 months already. its unbelievable that a large company like sprint doesnt have a working card system. anyone able to use their card successfully?

    Yes, I used mine about 3 weeks ago. It is registered with Virgin Mobile, but I top-up manually. My husband has his card set up for autopay, and that has been working as well.

    I wonder if the type of card makes a difference? Ours are Visa Debit; what have you been trying to use?

    I used my CC for an automatic payment last month. No problems.

    thats unusual. i use my visa credit card (no problems paying other expenses). my sister users her debit card and it doesnt work either. might be a localized (massachusetts) problem...........

    I've had my payLo account set up for auto-pay using my credit card for quite some time; and except for getting unnecessary messages that imply that I need to TopUp manually, it worked fine earlier this month.

    Mine is set up to auto top up this month, so ill see how it goes.

    Ok, my payment just came off card yesterday, no issues.
