Are huawei's locked out or open (firmware)?
Seems a lot like a gnex for about the same price (as gnex is supposed to be...)
Can't delete on HoFo app.
They don't have signed/encrypted bootloaders if that's what you mean. MoCaDo had a very large U8100 forum so I'd expect them to support the phone as well.
As for performance, another thread said that it has near identical specs compared to the GN. Huawei is also extremely good at releasing ROMs. They updated the U8100 to Gingerbread for crying out loud.
$399 for a Huawei, I don't know about that. I think they priced this about $100 too high.
For that price I'd just pay a little more and get a Nexus.

You can never really trust tech specs chez WIND, but it says:
UMTS 850/900/1700/1900/2100
If that is true, then yes, any HSPA carrier worldwide.
