From 2 year contract to ANR plan

I just started working at RadioShack this month and right before I started working I signed into a contract with AT&T. I was talking to my rep who said I could join an ANR plan after 30 days of working. I forgot to ask since I was on a contact if I could move to the plan right away or if I have to wait for some time. Anybody know the answer?

Btw I signed into the contract June 15th and it's past the 30 days now and I just started working 2 weeks ago.

Pretty sure standard operating procedure on that is a six month wait from the date of any contract signings. It may vary from region to region though. And you may have a rae, ram, director that are willing to push it through. Good luck, but I haven't seen it happen much in my market in the past 7-8 years.
