Samsung Galaxy III Question

Hi...just curious is there anyway I can unlock the bootloader to be able to remove unnecessary apps..etc

The phone can be rooted, but as of no now one has been able to unlock the bootloader. Since Verizon has it locked, Samsung is going to release a Developer version of the phone with an unlocked bootloader. From what I've heard, if you remove the unwanted apps, then your phone will not properly get the OTA update when it comes out.

You might want to find out if they do anything. You can also use launcher pro to hide them.

Thanks.... with the Galaxy does that mean there will be software that will be released to unlock the phone on the market now...??....or a new released phone????
