A simple good APP for scheduling reminders for friends

I always forget important action items.

So that I use CLEAR.

CLEAR is very simple to use. So that I keep use this since it is launched.
But CLEAR is only good at making reminder for myself.
I need another APP to make simple reminder for my friends.

No.1 key is SIMPLE.
No.2 key is I prefer to make voice reminder.
No.3 key is I want to schedule reminder for friends in future time.

For day to day communications with friends, I am using iPhone 4S.
For private (really private matter), I use Android.

I know Google calendar w/ voice actions.
But it make reminder for myself only, I can't use it to make reminder for friends in future specific timing.
