Droid 3 vs Droid Bionic

Hey guys, it's time to replace my Original Droid. I've narrowed my choices down to the Droid 3 an the Droid Bionic. I'm going to buy them off Ebay refurbished the Bionic being 199 and the droid 3 152. I want the droid 3 due to the keyboard but i want the bionic for the bigger screen an double the ram but no keyboard. The droid 3 would be much simpler because its 3g an I'm on page plus. If I bought the Bionic I would have to get into flashing which I imagine I could figure out. I'm leaning twards the droid 3 its got everything I want except the 1024 mb of ram. The question is the droid bionic worth the extra money for double the ram an bigger screen?
