hello all. i have an inspire that i am trying to switch to straight talk . this phone is for a friend, so i will not always have it with me. i have checked the apn settings, and they appear to be correct for straight talk. a phone card has been activated and nothing seems to be pending on their straight talk account. but the phone does not have any service. i do not know why or how to fix. also when they bought their sim card they received it. about 2 days later they received another sim card with a post-it note on it with just a 10 digit number. does any one have any ideas as to what i need to do, or what the extra sim is for?

i do not have one and have not used one. i was just setting the phone up for a friend.
