Telus or Rogers

I am in Manitoba (Steinbach to be exact). I am looking at switching from MTS to either Rogers or Telus. Which one would be the better choice for that area?

Rogers would be better in Steinback. Telus is better in Winnipeg but outside, Rogers has better reception because they have an agreement with MTS. I'm with Telus and at Work I get full bars in the building while other people with Rogers have to go outside to make a call on their cellphones.
