Yes it includes teathering but as part of the plan not an add on. Therefore the 5GB soft cap.

I'm sorry, did they not tell you about the fair use policy when you signed up? I don't see how they are in any way lying to you here.
If you're doing 120 km/h on the highway, and the first four cops you pass ignore you, but the fifth pulls you over and gives you a ticket, were they lying to you by not pulling you over sooner?
I am not arguing at all about the internet part as I dont use 2 gigs each month the internet debat was for jetdesi reply
I am talking about the calling part ... I am talking about them saying we treat customers better and we value our csx and all that stuff they talked about when they first started and look at them now and with the SG3 issue and not really listening to csx nor caring about them!
This is 100% correct. All WIND plans that have built-in unlimited data, regardless of when they came out, are subject to the 5GB soft cap. Tethering is included on all plans, but NOT the tethering add-on.
There is no such thing as a HMP with "10GB" cap, and there is only one HMP in the backend system (I worked there for both launches, same plan, same everything).
Regards.

What are the differences between Wind and Mobilicity's data policy. Does anyone know what the official or unofficial stance on how Mobilicity shapes their traffic? (besides the vague explanation on their website)
