Checking voicemail using vonage app. Not working anymore ?

Last couple weeks i've been able to check my voicemail using the vonage app.
But it seems to have stopped working, all it does is allows me to leave myself
a voicemail message, like I just called myself.
Anyone else have this problem ?????

You have to hit # (maybe it's *) to switch to the password prompt.

Thx for the responce, Finally got it to work using the '*' key. Had to set up a password, then learn to press * key during the greeting, before it starts recording, then it promps for password. I dont understand what changed, I used to just dial my voicemail number saved as a contact, and it would go into my voicemail menu. weird

It's not sending out your cell number's caller id anymore.

For what it's worth, it's best to have it always prompt for a pin, even if you're calling from your own phone. It's all too easy to spoof call the voicemail system spoofing someone's number and gain direct access.
