I've got more phones than fingers
It seems that more functionality is being rolled into the PP website. I haven't tested any of it yet. Below is a screenshot of the new management features.
EDIT: hmmm...just noticed that Voicemail is listed on there twice......
I recently tested the "don't mention a PP Dealer by name" rule here on PP Hofo......trust me, it is still in effect - got me a 7 day ban.

I am glad that PP seems to be adding more functionality to their website. One thing that I noticed is that DATA and MMS are unchecked on my account, yet I am able to use both of these features...

I used the manage phone feature this morning to remove the voicemail
feature on my phone. In the evening when I check the website again the manage phone feature disappear. Does anyone else has the same issue.

Yes, it is missing on my account also. Because they are just rolling this out, I'm thinking they will have some tweaking to do before everything is working smoothly. Looks like a very handy feature to me, once it is up and running.Originally Posted by chopsticksny

Tweaking is right. It went live prematurely. As was pointed out, voicemail was listed twice, the check boxes for data and MMS were not checked for people on monthly plans, etc. It's still being built and tested, not quite ready for prime time. It will go back up when all the bugs are worked out.
