No internet connection through my network carrier?

I got my F-09D today and while I had no problems accessing everything through Wi-Fi, I have problems getting an internet connection through my carrier.

Is there anything I can do manually, or do I have to contact my provider?

    Thanks in advance!

I'm guessing you had to configure the APNs? (just a good idea to remember, that when you solve a problem like this, it WILL show up in Google searches, and someone else WILL find it, and be really really frustrated when he sees "I solved it!" without even a hint at the solution Happened to me many times... )

    Whoops, you're right

Yes, I went into the "settings" --> "more" --> "mobile networks" --> "Access Point Names" and added the information given by my provider (after some time of searching on their homepage) manually

Hope that helps anyone who'll stumble across this in the future

Cool, thought so. To be fair, your case isn't a denverCoder9 mysterious case and checking the APNs is one of the first thing to do when you get an unlocked phone on to another network, but just in case, had to confirm

Glad it's all working for you now! Enjoy the phone

Well, I had actually tried to connect first, then I checked and typed the APN data in, but something wasn't working right... turned out that one of the APN infos on my carrier's website was wrong

I was just assuming that if you have a contract that includes internet, the connection through 3G might establish itself without any additional info... but I was wrong

    Thanks a lot, I will
