Did you ever figure this out?? I am having the same issue using Google Voice with WiFi calling on my S3. Calls to my T-Mobile cell # do not automatically forward to GV when I'm on WiFi calling ... instead, the caller gets an annoying busy signal.

solved it yet? you mentioned in another post that you had a typo, can you double-check if the quoted numbers in your first post is also a typo? According to this HoFo Wiki, the numbers are *61* etc, with only one "*", not two, don't know if that makes any difference. Here's the forwarding codes from the HoFo WIKI: http://arcx.com/sites/gsmfeatures.htm for a canadian carrier, but works for me, I myself use *004*{googlevoice}# for ALL Conditional FWD, and I don't have an S3, but I don't think that matters.

I hate to ressurect an old thread like this, but I found out that the *004* prefix DOES NOT work for T-Mobile WiFi calling forwarding. You HAVE TO USE the *61*, *62*, and *67* prefixes each in a row to enable each conditional forward type when WiFi calling is enabled. You CAN use the *004* prefix when WiFi calling is disabled to do all three, however. Look at the link that newroc provided for more info, it works fine for any GSM carrier as far as I know.
