    Picture Messages Aren't Sharp

When my wife (HTC Rezound) or Mom (Nexus) sends me a picture message, the picture doesn't look sharp and looks kind of grainy. The same thing happens when I send them a picture message from my SIII. The picture looks clear and sharp on the phone it was taken on though. This wasn't an issue with my previous phone (Droid Incredible). Has anyone else experienced/noticed this and is there a way to fix that?

Hmmm I'd check the settings to see if you can change the normal default sharpness. most cameras you can adjust the sharpness to your prefences. Camera companies seem to believe softer sharpness setting are more face friend when portraits are taken. To me some who's fugly is just that, sharp or soft and wont help , but a soft shooting camera can make normal daylight pics look fuzzy and out of focus . I like sharp as a tack pics you can always soften pics later with post process effects programs that are a dime a dozen and free.

I think that's more of a limitation of the MMS standard vs a high megapixel camera. Doesn't VZW MMS cap out at 500k?
