if want want to keep a $25 grandfathered plan, then what cpcollector said is pretty good. if you want to pick from the elite or the one V, i'd say oneV, b/c it has a better display: elite has 320x480 screen (same as optimusV, but physically bigger at 3.5"), while one V has 480x800 (same resolution as triumph, but smaller at 3.7").
