if you want an all around good stock experience and pretty good reception quality go with the GNEX, with Jellybean out now and Project butter it looks amazing.

My G2X is frying.... Thoughts on the above phones appreciated. I hereby withdraw my prior adulation of the G2X; It worked great for about 3 months, but has been nothing but a head ache for the last couple weeks. It's so bad I would feel guilty selling it to anyone.

If you're going unlocked and want Android, get the Galaxy Nexus -- at this point I wouldn't consider any other Android phone until the following Nexus.
It's going to feel and behave much faster than the other phones you've mentioned, and arguably as fast as a Galaxy S III in some areas. Android 4.1 does a lot for performance, so it'll feel faster than the specs suggest -- and of course, you'll have Google Now as well as the other perks of the new OS. More importantly, you won't be forced to wait several months more for updates like with every other Android phone (that isn't branded as a Nexus, that is).
There are some caveats here: the Nexus' camera isn't good in low light, and it can get battery-hungry if you're really thrashing it. But for $350 unlocked? It's a great deal.
