Can iPad charger be used for galaxy Note phone? The iPad/iPhone charger output is 2.1A while Galaxy charger is 1.0A so I was wondering if the iPhone charger would damage the Galaxy?

Charging voltage is the same for USB devices, so yes it will work. Don't expect a faster charge since it'll be limited to the 1,000 mA rate the nexus expects.

also somthing to look into samsung chargers short pin 2 and 3 togerther this is how your phone\ tablet is on ac if you use iphone charger which has a diferential voltage on pin 2-3 you might get a 100% all the time baterrie icon until you restart the tablet or it dies on you

I use mine all the time. No problems whatsoever. Does seem to charge the phone a bit faster.
