So it's basically....the form factor of the Optimus V, slightly faster (600mhz -> 800mhz), and stock Gingerbread for cheaper than the Optimus V.
Seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Interesting little phone. I like the price point on it for sure... def a side grade for the optimus V, sacrificing screen size with a better stock OS and slightly faster cpu. Also no silly 100 megs of storage to fight with. Camera is still probably useless. Infact it really makes it harder to suggest the elite because the elite isn't really giving you a cpu upgrade.. you get a slightly bigger screen and a better camera. Not quite worth an additional $70.
The Elite is a Arm v7 clocked at 1ghz. Somebody released the wrong specs.

The chaser does seem to be priced pretty good. Its about where it should be for its specs, not over $100 like some of the other lower end offerings (or the way they used to be priced).

Acer A100 ----- GodDroid CM10 4.1.2 @1.5ghz

Yup, I agree. The price is perfect and I hope they keep it there.
I say, that looks like a solid deal, if the thing works properly.
I notice that it doesn't say who the manufacturer is.
Pretty cool. Someone's got to take one for the team. Buy one and report back.

I find it ironic how they kept the brand name off (more like bland name, huh huh.) It would be a little nicer if Virgin Mobile stopped trying to release phones that are basically identical in function (Optimus V, Optimus Elite, Chaser, iPhone 4S) and started giving their customers a little variety, but who knows what's going through their minds...
