Cool. I actually got a letter last week saying I was eligible (pretty much 2 years on the dot from when I started my 3 year) and trying to sell me on a Galaxy S3. Tempting, but I will wait until the next Nexus phone at least.

Hmmm.. it doesn't say much.. all it tells me is that I'm eligible and go into store for details.
HUG?
I assume this means something like "handset upgrade"?
People who have "early eligibility" would be helped if they knew how much it would cost. I have to calculate how many months remaining times what I believe is $15 for each month. It's just annoying when the system could do it.
Not that it matters to me because all I care about is the freedom fee but to others it would be useful.
My Plan - $60
200 Local Daytime Minutes
E/W @ 6
Fab 10 Nationwide
Unlimited North America SMS / MMS
10 Hours Mobile TV
6GB LTE compatible data
Yeah. I thought you could upgrade the day after signing a contract, as long as you paid the apprpriate upgrade fee based on the number of months remaining.
I've got the same message of:
Good news – you’re now eligible to upgrade your mobile device. Visit a Bell store for details and to see our selection of devices.
My understanding is I need to be 6 months or less remaining to get the contract price without penalty.
But on the plus side, I knocked over the SunSphere.
Muh Plan:
300 min
U/L E&W at 6PM
U/L Picture/Video/Text Messaging
CDN LD @ $0.10 per min
USA LD @ $0.20 per min
6 GB Data
U/L Bell to Bell Local
$55/month with no SAF/911
The Former Abbywack-A-Mole
Yours sounds like you're fully eligible. Mine says the below.
"You’re eligible for an early upgrade. See details Please visit a Bell store or contact us for information."
No early eligible means pay Bell $15 per month to the end of your contract even though to your eligibility date would make more sense, that's what my Bell profile says anyway. So I assume eligible would mean that you can go to a store and get a phone at new contract price.
