I'd assume, Wind hasn't charged for BIS.

There is no additional charge for BIS on the new plans even if you choose to go with Blackberry.

The ad is in Toronto Star this morning. Joining has to be done in store not through the site. Windmobile.ca has not had that yet

We should be able to switch over, provided we pay the migration fee..seems to have gone live since they have a blog post for it now:

Humza is correct, existing customer can switch to this plan. It says so on their website.

http://www.windmobile.ca/en/Pages/ta...ta-holics.aspx click on the terms and conditions and it will say that you can migrate for a $25 fee and it MUST be done through the phone as it is not possible in-store.
