Really interesting considering what they could have had. Attachment 83426
It's odd you should bring that up, I was thinking yesterday about how would things be different if WIND concentrated on one zone at a time rather than rushing to use up their licenses. I've had pretty decent service from them in that respect but I can see that many people would have benefitted from a properly managed network.

Same here. I switched back to Telus for LTE paired with the Galaxy Note. No looking back.

The word 'Pentaband' means '5 Bands', from the Greek word 'pente' meaning '5'. For a phone to be pentaband it has to support 5 bands. If the phone has AWS support, it doesn't automatically mean that it is pentaband. The reason Wind and Mobilicity users like pentaband phones is because the reverse is true. We're not the only ones who like pentaband phones though, so please stop referring to phones that work on Wind and Mobilicity as pentaband. It causes unnecessary cofusion.

LTE is amazing when you have coverage but it looks like right now LTE coverage is sparser than WIND's coverage. But even without LTE that DC-HSPA+ is giving me over 10mbps and more importantly, a very usable 3 to 5mbps upload speed, not the 30kbps that I'm seeing theses days.

Don't have much problems with WIND voice, but the data is killing me, I'm rarely able to even use 1GB/month because of the congestion.

Bad network, even worse customer service is an excellent one two punch that will floor even the most patient subs. When I tried the service, my initial impression was that customer service was okay, people were polite. As it were all they can do is provide ticket numbers for all the calls. They tickets are never acted upon, they are closed with no rationale, forget the call back. I sense major change at wind by year end. They either have to shape up or close down. I can't see such a large broken network being funded by less than half million subs at around $30 arpu.
