Wondering if anyone has any tips. I bought 2 moto XPRTs with the 25% off code. One arrived with a dead speaker. I contacted boost mobile 2 days later. They say they can't send a new one, just return and rebuy. The 25% off no longer inclusive of the XPRT, so they basically want me to pay $25 more for the phone that I just ordered. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to address this? Reaching out to their twitter support at this point to see if they will be any more helpful than the call center.

Awesome. That promo applied to the XPRT. Thanks a ton! I was more frustrated about the principal of the matter than the $25.

That seem thing happened to me with their last sale. I bought an XPRT, and battery was moisture damaged upon receipt (I think all the batteries shipped with these phones are moisture damaged cause subsequent replacements were also damaged). I contacted Boost via FB and Twitter, to find out there is not exchange program, only return and rebuy at full price. The money wasn't a huge deal, it was the principal of selling defective phones during a sale and then having to pay full price a week or two later for a replacement. Boost did offer to give me a service credit, but I have rebought the XPRT with the latest sale. Their customer serivce can be a bit lacking and the reps kind of dense, but I guess that's what you get with prepaid. Anyone else have this problem?
