Yeah PPC is awesome. My boyfriend uses it. I talked him into getting it. We don't know any dealers in the area. We do all our business right on the PPC website. I learned about PPC on HoFo. It's truly a hidden gem. If I were not on a family plan for cheap, I would definitely use PPC.
The on-line chat feature is worthwhile, but I've also noticed that the wait for live CSR's at the 800 number is now quite short, unless it's a weekend. The last few times I've called them, the wait has only been a few minutes, max.
