AWS Android Smartphone $150 budget (used is OK)

i'm on wind mobile in canada running only on AWS network.

looking for an AWS Android Smartphone on a $150 budget (preferably around $100). i can buy it used off ebay from the US, that doesn't both me.

i used to have optimus T p509 a few year ago and I loved it. looking for an upgrade from that.

If you find a used Nexus S in your price range, that's an excellent option. Has to be the right variant though (i9020T or i9023, NOT i9020a, NOT the Sprint version).

I would suggest you to look for Samsung Google Nexus S, Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Y. These are the better options for your upgrade.
I am sure that you would get these as used or new phones under your budget.
