I recently had to buy a pre-used phone. It is a Verizon EnV VX9900. Everything is working great except I am unable to play videos on it. I have recorded them from the phone itself and cannot play them back. I have recorded in both resolution settings and it still will not play them. I sent them to another phone and they play just fine. Can anyone help me here?
