Sim Cards - Are they the only memory?

I have two net10's that I am returning to net10 and at one time, had personal information on them. I have cleared each one by the master reset and master clear but I want to make sure that it works. If I take out the sim cards and keep them, can net10 somehow still find the information?

    Thanks!

    Both models are LG 800's.

    Thanks!

You can search the phone for personal information or you can enter the wrong security code enough times to lock it permanently. I'm not sure how many attempts you get before the phone locks up but not too many... (4 or 5 to 10). I doubt anyone would try to unlock it to glean any tidbits of info left on the phone.

You can find the security code entry mode in the "recent calls" section as you try to reset your data volume files.

    smokeysmom,

Pull out the SIM cards and any microSD cards you put into the phone, then nobody will have any info you don't want them to have.
    Cheers!
